It's wonderfully crafted and thoughtfully written. It's already been a big help to me and I can tell a lot of love went into making it.
I love my journal - the way it is organized is so perfect for my train of thought. The prompting questions and examples really helped me organize myself/thoughts and I feel like it's the perfect tool to add to my " conquering anxiety" toolbox! Love, love, love it! 🤩
this journal is so helpful. It is giving me a lot of peace. I’ve never seen a journal like this before and I appreciate the fact that it was so well thought out and so well organized to help me with my journey.
I was skeptical at first, but I’ve actually found myself reaching for this journal when I feel stuck. It gives me something concrete to do when my brain is running in circles. I wouldn’t say it makes things easy, but it definitely makes things clearer.
The journal doesn’t explicitly say it’s for OCD, but it focuses on ERP therapy, which is super helpful for people with OCD—like me. So, I see it as an OCD-friendly journal, which I really appreciate.
I’ve tried other journals in the past that were more CBT-based and focused on reframing thoughts, which can be helpful. But with the way my intrusive thoughts work, that approach can sometimes backfire and end up feeding my anxiety instead of easing it. I like that this journal is truly OCD-friendly—it doesn’t force me to argue with anxious thoughts or overanalyze them.
At the same time, it gives me the tools to reclaim the parts of my life that anxiety has taken from me. That’s what makes this journal different, and why I think it’s definitely worth trying for anyone who gets stuck in anxious obsessions.
