We want you to be completely satisfied with your journal purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "final sale" or purchased during special promotions may not be eligible for returns.
  • Damaged items due to misuse or not in their original condition cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@theunstuckjournal.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
  3. Shipping: Ship the journal back to us at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective journal, please contact us at hello@theunstuckjournal.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
